I booked the room whilst outside the hotel entered and first impression from the lady was very poor why didnt you book directly vs booking dot.com the security passage made me terribly uncomfortable i asked to view the room and it was walking up three flights of stays the bed matress was flat there was barely any walking space just to lay down on the bed i asked for help with luggage and was told no help was available i asked for some assistance eventhough there was visble staff.I shared my honest feddback about the security and entrance third floor without staff assistance and lastly how the several no mam replies made me regret the booking the outside vs inside was totally misleading.

I cancelled 10 minutes after booking and yet was told booking dot.com indication if waiver didnt apply because the money wasnt reflecting.

Se tiver algum hóspede fumante, o que é proibido, pode sentir cheiro de cigarro no seu quarto. Não é culpa do hotel, mas aconteceu conosco... Isolamento acústico é um pouco ruim, mas no geral nota 7.
