Location close to bus stop,town center, day tour pickup spot, supermarket. Room we got was relatively tucked away, so quite quiet. Room heater worked well, hot water very hot. Staff friendly.

Guest to bathroom ratio. This blackbird trying to fight its own reflection, pecking at the windows non-stop from 7-9 am every single day. Got to appreciate the perseverance of the little guy.

The room itself was too conjusted… had barely enough space to keep luggage and walk…. Was very bad cleanliness wise… did not look like the sheets were changed and floor was cleaned properly… could see dead cockroach on the corner of the room…. Door did not shut properly….

The location is one of the best things about this place: less than a 10-minute walk from the lake and just 5 minutes from the main bus stops. The receptionist was very friendly and promptly resolved a small issue I had. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable, and the sheets, towels and shared bathroom were clean. Overall, a good stay!

A small wardrobe would be useful, and the carpet could benefit from a refresh.
