The location is a plus, that's about it. It's very close to Isla Verde beach, which while not a particularly pretty beach, is a beach.

The door handle lock to my room was broken. After trying for about 20 minutes I gave up, but was eventually able to open a window to my room using a credit card. The owner said they would send someone out to fix the lock but they never did. The next day he stopped responding to my texts. Throughout the entirety of my stay, I was unable to lock the door to my room. There was also only running water from 12-1pm, and when it did run, there was no pressure. The room was hot, I found a bug in my bed more than once, and the curtains do absolutely nothing to block the light. Bring a sleep mask for sure unless you plan to wake up at 6 every day. The parking lot is also too small for the number of units in this building. You will probably end up parking on the street if you can find some.

I liked the Location and that we could walk to different restaurants from the location and it was easy to get in contact with the property owner as well as easily get the keys to the property.

I didn't like that there were roaches EVERYWHERE. when we first go there we literally just took out bags in the room and left to get food came back to bugs all over or bags and from there we literally slept in out close as we had a flight layover and just needed a place for a few hours.

Nobody answered my message or pronouns when is necessary because we had more than 12 hours blackouts and I wrote to the WhatsApp number and I didn’t received any answer. The apartment was really old, dirty and with just 3 hour of water from the 24 of the day, was really awful
