This Hotel is very well located, in the center of Ponta Delgada, close to shops, restaurants, cafés, museums, and even a little mini market. We walked to restaurants for dinner every night and did not need to walk far to find great food. We also always felt very safe, note to females travelling together or alone. The hotel is beautiful and modern, very clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable and the staff responds immediately to anything we need or question we have. The breakfasts brought to our room were always perfect and it made it so easy to not have to leave our room early morning. It just made our holiday that more relaxing. The staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming, helpful and kind throughout our entire eight day stay. We thank Marlene, Christina and Raquel for your professionalism and your constant happy demeanour. You helped us start our day with a happy note! We highly recommend this hotel, it does not disappoint. Should we travel again to Sao Miguel, we would definitely stay here again.

Le petit dejeuner est copieux et il y a du choix aussi bien dans le menu que l'horaire pour le recevoir en chambre, le personnel est extremement serviable et gentil, tout est propre.

The stay was great! The room was cosy, clean and very large. The breakfast is delivered to the room, and you can put in an order each day for specific menu items. The parking spaces are limited, so make sure to reserve them beforehand. They are a bit tight to park in because of the narrow streets but it was no problem at all. Casa da Galeria is highly recommended. There is even a very friendly cat named Host at the reception!

Super centraal, schoon, ruim, luxe. Grote heerlijke bedden. Aan alles is gedacht. En het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een tip!!
