The facilities are pretty old and the space is pretty cramped, but the location makes up for both, also its priced accordingly

Apartment was warm and comfortable. No views from ground floor apartment Communication with owner was great. Washing machine was handy Walk into town was about 10 minutes, a bit steep.

The shower pressure was non-existent. In the middle of winter in Queenstown, you need a hot shower.

Staff were very kind and nice, beds were comfortable. location is great so very convenient to the centre of Queenstown and there are free carparks which is wonderful..Staff were very kind and warm when I contacted them, got number from website.

Room is very dated but clean. I had to contact to find out which room and how to get in, room was quite small as we were travelling as three adults and I thought there were two bedrooms( my mistake).
