Welcoming and helpful staff. The room is in a great location, right in a neighborhood that’s very lively at night. It's a bit noisy, but the staff provides earplugs by default, so no complaints on that front

The position of the hotel is great. Near is everything you need - restaurants, grocery stores and public transport. And the employees were super nice, friendly and helpful!

I stayed 8 nights in Onu-Stay and was happy with the accommodations. The bed was very comfortable, I could adjust the A/C as I wished, the bathroom/shower was clean, and in the absence of front desk staff (early morning, later at night), they gave very clear instructions as to how to let ourselves in early. There was no breakfast, but there is an excellent Paris Baguette place within a 5-minute walk, and is open at 7am! The location of Onu Stay is perfect: In Jongro-3ga, and close to many subways stops, restaurants, nightlife, etc. I would stay there again. Oh yes, the manager arranged for washing my laundry, and I got it back the very next day, neatly folded. Finally, there is a little kitchen on the 2nd floor which has a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table and snacks.

I was on the ground floor, so this wasn't an issue -- But there is no elevator, so if you can't deal with stairs, you should inform them in advance. Also, I really wish there were more spaces (e.g. drawers, shelves) to store clothes, socks, etc.
