the hairdryer worked intermittently and the neighboring guests made a lot of noise early in the morning (obviously not the host's fault..)
The corridor leading to the various rooms was clean and well lit. The room was quite clean and the bathroom spacious. The air conditioning was working. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient and there is free parking by taking a few turns in the nearby streets. Coffee pods and wafers were available.

Unfortunately, the check-in was self-service, so we did not interact directly with anyone. We recommend physically presenting to guests because travels are also made of encounters. The room lighting was insufficient, there was no main light. The shutter was very dated and the strap barely held. Plaster was peeling off in many places and there were holes in others. The fridge had leaked water since it had been turned off and we had to dry it ourselves. The entrance door of the building was full of trash bins from the various residents, placed right in front of the entrance, we had to move some to be able to enter in the evening. The apartment's entrance door had no handle, so we had to figure out how to close it when going out. The shower panel was not very stable, but still very spacious and clean.

If we really want to nitpick: a bit noisy both the air conditioner and the refrigerator. But overall, everything was great.
