The room door was broken and needs to be repaired.

The amenities which were stated were there. It had a tv with Netflix. Had hot water.

Location wasn’t great but was only using as a stop off point. Doesn’t quite look like the photos and the room had quite a bit of damage, maybe from water leaks?

We didn't like the breakfast we feel that the photos or what is shown on the platform does not match what they serve, they do not offer anything to drink at breakfast, only once we had to order a coffee and it was terrible all the coffee was in the background, the bathroom is also terrible it smells very ugly and the structure looks dirty

We did like the garden with the swimming pool. It was a nice surprise that we got slipeprs. They organised transport from the airport with a very nice young man. He was very friendly and helpful. He had bottled water ready for us. Staff is friendly but dont speak English very well. We have got water every day.

Unfortunately, the room was very dirty, the bedding was stained as like the towels. The pictures are not the same as the picture from reality. Bathroom, sinks, and bins were dirty, too. They prepare breakfast in a small outside kitchen corner, and it is not clean either. They give you water with it, but no tea or coffee options They really need to focus on the hygiene and make the rooms better for people to feel much comfortable.
