Rooms and facilities repeatedly described as clean and well maintained in multiple reviews; no major cleanliness complaints.
- Service9.5
Staff frequently noted as friendly, professional and helpful (24h concierge available); service is a clear strength of the property.
- Location9.8
Consistently praised as an excellent, central location (close to palaces, Insadong, Myeongdong and metro); walking distance to many attractions.
- Room Quality8.2
Mixed feedback: some rooms described as spacious and comfortable, but several reviews mention small rooms, lack of wardrobe/closet, tight luggage storage and occasional minor issues (noise, minor AC leak).
- Amenities9.0
On-site amenities (laundromat, gym, cafe, 24h services) are useful and noted positively; parking is available but charged, which some guests mentioned.
- Value for Money8.7
Good value driven by superb location and service, though some guests felt breakfast/options outside were better or that rooms were small for the price.
- Food and Beverage8.6
Breakfast receives mixed but generally positive comments (some praise variety and quality; others say breakfast wasn't worth it or wanted more Korean options); on-site cafe with Western options noted.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall very positive experience: many guests highly recommend the hotel due to location, cleanliness and helpful staff despite minor room/food caveats.
Avis des voyageurs
Great location to visit attractions in Jongno and Insadong. We walked everywhere and were spoilt for choice for coffee shops, restaurants and retail therapy. The reception staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. Huge thanks especially to to lady who patiently helped us to arrange luggage transfer when we left. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. It was a luxury to have a balcony to view our surroundings. The room was cleaned daily. It really was a pleasure to stay there for the first four days of our holiday in South Korea. The experience has set the bar high.

Great location in Insadong with access to two subway stations. We made use of the laundry room and the gym.

We had trouble setting the AC to a comfortable level but then we do not need AC where we live at home.
Très bon emplacement près d'un arrêt de bus. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds.
