Title: Amazing stay, wonderful staff and excellent service! We absolutely loved our stay at M Hotel Da Nang! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, which is always a plus. Everything felt well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Quynh, who was incredibly personable, gave us great local recommendations, and always made sure we were having a wonderful experience. The service felt genuine and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we actually changed our flight and extended our stay for another night! That probably says it all. From the rooms and facilities to the cleanliness and hospitality, M Hotel really delivered. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Da Nang. There were a few things that I felt could be improved. First, the Wi-Fi was honestly quite disappointing, especially for a hotel in this price range and standard. During our three-night stay, the connection became extremely unstable every evening. Even YouTube videos wouldn’t load properly, and the connection kept dropping intermittently. For digital nomads or guests who need a reliable internet connection, this is a significant inconvenience and definitely an area that needs improvement. Secondly, I found the air-conditioning control icons a little confusing. The button could easily be mistaken for the main power switch. On our first night, we didn’t realize how it worked, which unfortunately caused us to wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot. Thankfully, the hotel staff responded quite promptly when we asked for assistance. Lastly, this is more of a personal preference and may be specific to our room type. The toilet and shower area shared one sliding door, meaning that when one side was closed, the other side would remain open. This made it a little inconvenient when two people needed to use the facilities at the same time.

Uniquement le spa qui malheureusement nous avons rencontré un problème mais c’était sûrement pas de chance et ça ne doit pas arriver souvent :)
