Just nothing precisely, was full of discomfort, and I find myself sweating profusely in a hospitality environment, except the receptionist who keeps helping me with the manager.

Everything was so annoying that I caught the flu at a short time.

No light for hours Took hours before we could get water in my room
Staffs were very professional, calm, attentive, helpful and respectful. The dark skinned guy, average height guy at the reception with eye glasses was very respectful to me and my mum. He was attentive to details and he'll make a great manager. The breakfast was carefully and locally prepared with less spices.

The Ambiance had an awful smell, there was a rat in our room 201 which disrupted our sleep. The room facilities (shower, tap, toilet, fridge, intercom) were old and dysfunctional. Wi-Fi was not working (poor signal)
