New, curated and well thought out with the little details

New, curated and well thought out with the little details

The lack of ability to call the front desk for things. There were no phones in the rooms. 50% of our interactions with the staff were bad. Staff was either really friendly or really rude depending on who it was. They also refused to throw something away for us in the lobby stating there were no trash cans down there. Which was of course a lie, they were just lazy

The shower looking out the bed was a little weird, but the shower was good so no worries.

The breakfast was wonderful.

The electricity card was interesting, we found out that you could turn off the lights without popping the card out, but we had friends staying in the same place that couldn’t figure that part out. Overall just confusing

The room and hotel were beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Nice hotel would stay again.

The thing I didn’t like was there was no kettle in the room so had to walk all the way along the hall to get a cup of tea in the morning. The boiling water tap wasn’t really boiling.
