Nuova Rooms is in a very convenient location, close to the main walking street of Olbia and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars, the waterfront and the Archeological Museum. The whole building feels new, the decor is modern and fresh, and despite being close to lots of hustle and bustle, it is very quiet. Andrea, the owner, is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Having a personal greeting was a welcome change from the hands-off approach (key in the lock box etc) that is far more common these days.

Belysningen under TV:n lystes starkt under natten, rakt i ögonen.

Only disposable cups for coffee/tea

Great central location , excellent communication prior to visit, and friendly staff .Clean room and lovely smell in foyer .Room cleaned and fresh towels during short stay , replenished coffee pods a bonus 🙂 The pool and seating area lovely to relax.

The only thing we would have liked is glasses for drinks in the room , cups instead of paper cups, and maybe a corkscrew 😊

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich.
