When we arrived, the apartment was not ready. There were beer bottles everywhere, sheets on the sofa, towels scattered around, everything dirty. We contacted the person in charge who said she was out of the country and couldn't reach the cleaning lady. The solution would be to refund us and go somewhere else. It was 8 pm. After some discussion, she managed to get a cleaning lady who showed up a while later and cleaned everything. A mistake can happen, but we felt that the approach to solving it was not correct.
