Mir gefällt, dass es im Zimmer nicht zu laut von technischen Geräten ist. Die Klimaanlage läuft recht leise, der Kühlschrank macht kaum Geräusche, und es ist sehr friedlich, wenn ich mich abends zum Ausruhen hinlege

Der Pool war für mich definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Nach einem langen Tag konnte ich dort ein bisschen schwimmen und mich entspannen

1. Very comfortable bed. Bedding well maintained. (No tear and wear). 2. Exceptionally good F&B team. My personal thanks to their professional service each morning (especially the very polite staff wearing glasses). 3. Compared to other similar hotels nearby, the variety and taste(fresh) is better (especially the fried??-bread, eggs, fresh salad, ect.). Some could say it may just be a regular coffee but it felt more tasty than a standard coffee. Traveling with 2 ladies is challenging especially when it comes to meals. Thank you F&B team.

There was a slight issue at the time of checking-in, which eventually got resolved in the following days. Such issue in foreign-standard-hotels would have been handled differently, without delay, and immediately. Needless to further go into details, the hotel management handled the issue prior to our check-out day and i was fine with their offer. I understand that reception can be busy, overworked, and stressed during national holidays. And I also understand that there are all kinds of clients who visit. Generalizing all clients can be risky. I believe that the receptionist is the first important interaction with a client. Any mishandling from the receptionist can be catastrophic to the client’s holiday.
