Nice view, exceptional staff. The room was nice and view was really good with the pool. We could also park for free nearby, which was a huge advantage.

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam – wirklich top! Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! 😊 Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön auch für das tolle Geburtstagsgeschenk darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut! The property is located in a hill with an amazing view. The rooms are very comfortable and we loved the service of the waiters (Tiago Souza and Tiago Basílio). It was a great pleasure to go everyday for dinner and have a so warming and nice people (we also highly recommend the half board package as the food it is just amazing - it was really worth for us). Also, the hotel itself is very nice, with good facilities, a nice gym and everything needed for a vacation in a so amazing place as Madeira.

The breakfast could change a bit more from time to time as most of the days it is very similar (but also good).

El wifi iba un poco lento y había poca luz en el espejo del baño. El resto perfecto.

Er hing een zeer doordringende synthetische parfum geur in de kamer en dat was wel storend.
