Overall, I liked the hotel— it was clean, cozy, and well-organized. However, there were two issues.

First, the room was quite noisy because the windows faced a hospital, and ambulances kept arriving at night, waking both me and my children. Second, in the kitchen, the staff constantly stood nearby and watched us very closely — what we took and how we ate — which felt uncomfortable and a bit stressful. It would be wonderful if these things could be improved.
