Beware! This hotel is currently under major renovations, we had jackhammering in the room next door from 7am-5pm everyday which made it unbearable to stay in room during the day. Very disappointing considering how much we paid for the room. Staff didn’t seem to care and ignored our request to be moved to a new room, finally did move us in the last days of our stay but weren’t happy about it. While the facilities were nice I’d never stay here again, from check in there were issues and they offered zero compensation for not being able to use rooms during the day. Works were so loud that you couldn’t talk to the other person in the room without yelling

The front desk staff all the ladies their were amazing and welcoming. Also the dining area, staff was helpful and my little one really liked them. They were playful.

Overall, this is a very decent hotel in Da Nang. The common areas are excellent—particularly the rooftop pool and lounge zone, which are brand new, very well-equipped, and spacious. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs, so we never struggled to find a spot. The pool itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff are incredibly attentive, and it was nice to always see hotel employees present at the rooftop bar. The breakfast area is also very spacious and offers a wide variety of food—though do keep in mind that the selection leans much more towards Asian dishes than European ones, which is pretty standard for Vietnam. On the plus side, we received a lovely complimentary fruit platter upon check-in, the WiFi was stable throughout our stay, and the location is fantastic—right next to the beach and within easy reach of everything you might need (restaurants, shops, convenience stores). Another wonderful touch: they serve a free afternoon tea on the rooftop every day.

However, there are a few drawbacks to be aware of. The rooms are quite small, and what is listed as a 'balcony' is really just a French balcony (essentially just a railing with a door—you can't actually sit out on it). For the same price, you could definitely find much more spacious rooms in the same neighborhood. Additionally, there often weren't enough pool/beach towels available, and with only a few elevators, we frequently had to wait a long time during peak hours.
