The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, including helping with our luggage and arranging dinner reservations for my birthday celebration. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a stunning view of the neighborhood. The bath products were luxurious and very natural. I will be back for sure.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. The location was great as well since it was very convenient to Capital One Arena for the concert we were attending.

Das Personal ist leider unterirdisch. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das nach verbrannten Holz gerochen hat. In unserem Zimmer war direkt eine Art Lüftungsschacht, welchen wir öffnen konnten. Die Ursache des Geruchs war die Küche, die mit Holz Feuer macht und damit eben kocht. Das entschuldigt jedoch nicht solch einen Geruch im Zimmer. Daran kann man sich ernsthafte gesundheitliche Schäden zuziehen. Wir haben das Zimmer reklamiert, doch anstelle einer Entschuldigung, wurden wir einfach schlecht behandelt und erstmal mit Gepäck auf den Flur gesetzt. Dem Personal war absolut klar, dass das Restaurant solch einen Gestank und solche Schäden verursacht, sie wollen nur „Dummen“ dieses Zimmer unterjubeln. Das geht nicht. Auch im Frühstücksrestaurant wurden wir einfach schlecht behandelt. Ich empfehle niemanden dieses Hotel.
