Close to the airport, reasonable room rates, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast Buffett the best, as well as food items from the menu. Friendly staffs and helpful receptionists.

Location was near the airport and convenient for going to and from. They provided a free shuttle from the airport, and you could schedule a paid shuttle to return.

I wanted a place that was clean & safe, close to the airport, and would do laundry. Helpful staff would be nice, too. When we walked into the room it smelled like smoke. I thought it was cigarette, but the windows were open so it may have been the trash burning just outside. There were no towels, but they were provided on request. There was no shower curtain so the entire bathroom was the shower (which is common in Nepal); the shower head leaked and sprayed everywhere and everything in the room was soaked, including the toilet paper. A couple of the staff were helpful (including one who ordered a car), but others were rude, including refusing to book a car and telling us just to go out and find one, and making it seem like my fault when we were trying to pay for our room. We dropped off our laundry at the front desk and were told it would be back the day before we left. However, it was never picked up, due to there being an upcoming festival. We really needed clean clothes so I asked for an alternative idea and was told there was nothing they or I could do. I think this may have once been a nice place to stay, but my stay was not and I was glad to leave.
