Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness9.4
Generally praised (rooms smelled great on arrival; staff attentive to care). Some maintenance issues mentioned (broken fixtures/door lock) but overall cleanliness is high.
- Service8.9
Mostly friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way for guests; however there are repeated reports of language barriers for foreigners, billing/checkout mishandling and some inflexibility.
- Location8.0
Peaceful island setting with lovely river/park views and quiet surroundings, but fairly isolated and far from city center with no nearby shops or restaurants.
- Room Quality9.8
Rooms described as very spacious with large bathrooms, comfortable beds and good balcony views — consistently strong room quality and comfort.
- Amenities8.8
Good amenities overall (large, scenic swimming pool, rooftop bar, sauna), but some issues: pool water sometimes cold, one sauna not working, pool closing hours earlier than guests wanted, and occasional facility maintenance needs.
- Value for Money7.6
Mixed — some guests feel the property is worth the price while others call it quite expensive for its performance (complaints about extra charges and deposits lower perceived value).
- Food and Beverage8.0
Breakfast receives both high praise for variety and complaints (lack of halal options for Muslim guests); rooftop cocktails criticised and there were reports of billing errors related to breakfast.
- Overall Experience9.9
Overall very positive stays reported (excellent service moments, beautiful property, comfortable rooms), tempered by intermittent service/billing and language problems for some guests.

Staffs are not flexible. Breakfast is not good enough for Muslim customers. No halal food. Swimming pool is only till 22:00, it should be at least till 23:00.

Everything was on point 👉
We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even went out of their way to assist us with ordering food online, and when there was a small confusion with our checkout bill, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Excellent service all around. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

Peaceful location in nice island, nice view from the balcony, can take a walk near river. Very big room and bathroom. Superb breakfast. Big swimming pool with perfect views.

Cocktails in the rooftop bar are shameful, they have to improve. Water in the swimming pool is a bit cold also one of the sauna does not work.
