The room was very stuffy. The noise from the street and passing trains bothered me even in the middle of the night. Lack of kitchen facilities.

I did not receive the emails for the key codes and it was impossible to contact the manager or meet someone who works there or call anyone... It took us at least an hour and a half to get a response.

No hooks on the wall to hang up jackets. Lots of stages and codes to get into the building and apartment so if you arrive late at night, there is no customer support.
