Excellent location. The hotel is really lovely and the rooms are very good. Breakfast is nice but there is no hot food/ .

The room was a good size, with high ceilings and large windows that let in lots of light. The bathroom was also a good size and had room around the sink for our toiletries. The location was good - walkable to everything, right across from Mirabell Palace and right across from where several of our tours started. The office staff person - Zion - was very herlpful.

The check-in process was annoying especially after arriving from a trip on a hot day. The elevator was slow, and sometimes we gave up waiting and took the stairs. The air conditioning setting sometimes changed on its own, but it cooled the room. The refrigerator was too small to hold a wine or beer bottle.

No person to discuss room issues or checkout questions. Refirgerator did not work. Staff were perplexed. Said it would be fixed. It was not. Limited towels for 3 people. Staff had or took no responsibility to handle common issues for travelers. Environment seemed unfriendly and institutional. The 4th floor for breakfast and gathering felt cold and undesirable.

The check in is all via machine and so a bit confusing. The staff were not particularly helpful . We accidentally paid twice for breakfast, and it was quite drawn out to get the refund.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Salzburg verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts leider ein gesundheitliches Problem, und das Personal hat uns dabei sehr unterstützt. Besonders dankbar waren wir dafür, dass sie unsere Medikamente bis zu unserer Abreise sicher in ihrem Kühlschrank aufbewahrt haben. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir wirklich sehr geschätzt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – sehr reichhaltig, mit einer schönen Auswahl und hochwertigen Produkten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und die tolle Unterstützung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ❤️
