Many people stay, almost all rooms have four beds filled. So indoor hygiene, item placement, toilet hygiene, bathroom queue and hygiene, all need improvement

I didn't have a great experience, I had asked for help to book a taxi to go to the airport the next morning. They said they had done everything but the next day there was no taxi waiting for me causing me quite a bit of inconvenience. The girl at the reception only spoke Russian.

La salle de bain toujours pleine, une seule pour de nombreux invités ce n'est pas logique et la chambre était très petite et les gens là-bas ne sont pas amicaux comme un psychopathe

Ce fut la pire expérience d'hébergement que j'ai jamais eue. L'hôte ne nous a jamais enregistrés et a complètement ignoré nos appels téléphoniques et messages. Ensuite, ils nous ont bloqués sur tous les canaux de communication. Nous nous sommes retrouvés abandonnés dans la rue dans un pays étranger sans endroit où rester. C'était extrêmement stressant et inacceptable. Je conseille vivement à tout le monde d'éviter cette propriété. Un hôte qui abandonne ses invités de cette manière ne devrait pas être autorisé sur Booking.com.

🫢Few tourists and backpackers - locals from Central Asia use this hostel as temporary accommodation for their work in Almaty. 😉Sometimes it's better to abstain, it's better for health, peace and friendship between peoples, serenity and tolerance of the Pat'Patrouille nomad! 🕊️
