The hotel rooms are very large as is the hotel and decorated with a lot of antiques. The location is amazing - we had a car so needed something with parking and that was outside the ZTL zone, yet close enough to see Palermo. This place ticked all the boxes - especially the parking - a hidden lot inside the hotel. The staff were great - at one point we wanted to ask a simple question but they were on the phone and had someone waiting, so we decided not to ask. A few minutes later there was a knock on our door with a big apology and asking how he could help. Perfect. Breakfast was great too!

The hotel rooms are very large as is the hotel and decorated with a lot of antiques. The location is amazing - we had a car so needed something with parking and that was outside the ZTL zone, yet close enough to see Palermo. Whilst I knew the parking was through the gate to the hotel, it was hidden behind a magic panel. So we kept driving around trying to find somewhere to park so we could check in and ask where the parking is. SO - the hotel needs to re-enforce that when you arrive, do drive in through the gate, leave your car, check-in and then the magic panel will be opened for you!

Enjoyed our stay in this traditional hotel. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered traditional delicacies and a wide variety, with the option of an outdoor table on the terrace. We enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely atmosphere of the Terrace. Our room was very well appointed and spacious. The Hotel was in a great location for tourists. Highly recommended.

Silvia and Giorgia were simply amazing right from the moment checking us in early with our laggards into the special room with the garden view… room was immaculate. What made it nice and extra special was that while booking I had highlighted that it was our anniversary and I coming over for our stay there…and the subsequent days for breakfast Giorgia who was in charge of the menu not only took extra care for our vegetarian breakfast with pastries, spinach based pizza and as we were entering the breakfast cafeteria she had a champagne and 2 glasses ready and announced that it was our anniversary and wished us and made it extra special! It was a wonderful gesture and shows how these 2 sisters managing the priest that was built by their dad take care if they’re guests! They also explained the wonderful mural in the garden by by their papa.
