Séjour magnifique avec une vue imprenable et une maison charmante. Cependant, gardez à l'esprit que la propriété est située en haut d'un chemin très raide à travers la forêt. Descendre en ville est facile, mais remonter est assez difficile. Le petit-déjeuner était assez avare. Vous ne pouvez pas vous servir de café ou d'œufs ; tout doit vous être apporté. Nous avons demandé deux œufs chacun, mais n'avons reçu qu'un œuf par personne. Toute l'expérience du petit-déjeuner semblait inutilement limitée. Le balcon était également partagé avec les clients de la chambre voisine. C'était assez inconfortable, surtout puisque nous avons payé un supplément pour une chambre avec balcon. Il est difficile de se détendre et de profiter de votre intimité quand quelqu'un est assis juste à côté de vous. De plus, pendant notre absence, quelqu'un est entré dans notre chambre et a réarrangé nos affaires personnelles sans nous en informer ni demander notre permission. Nous avons trouvé cela inconfortable et pensons que les clients devraient être informés avant que quiconque n'entre dans leur chambre, sauf en cas d'urgence.

We had a wonderful stay at Gasthof Rachenhof and felt very comfortable right from the start. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet and idyllic, with a beautiful view and very close to the mountains. The air was wonderful and at night it was pleasantly cool – perfect for recovering after a warm day in Innsbruck. At the same time, you can reach Innsbruck by car in just a few minutes. Particularly warm was the elderly lady who took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm and always had a few kind words for us. This made the stay feel very personal and familiar. The breakfast was also something very special. We were able to enjoy tomatoes and fruit from their own garden, and the rolls and bread were freshly baked for us. Everything was incredibly delicious and prepared with a lot of love. Breakfast in this cozy atmosphere was a real highlight for us every morning. The rooms were clean and cozy, the accommodation overall very well-kept and quiet. A parking lot directly at the accommodation was also available. Also very helpful was the friendly explanation of how we could easily enter the accommodation if the entrance was already closed. We would choose Gasthof Rachenhof again at any time and can really recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the lovely stay!
