Unit was a nice two bedroom, two bathroom suite which is part of a home on a stunning waterfront property. We had access to the pool and lawn chairs overlooking the harbour which we enjoyed everyday. 10 minute walk to the bus and also close to a large grocery store.

It was a little far from Hamilton but that was also part of its charm. It was in a nice neighbourhood. The two bedroom rental unit does not have a view of 5he water.

We liked everything, the location was great, with beautiful views of Harrington Sound and a peaceful area. Wayne was the best Host we have ever had, nothing was a problem, and he went out of his way to help us to ensure we enjoyed Neston as well as Bermuda.

Not Applicable, could not fault Neston!

The property was in a very very quiet location and the grounds were nicely kept. On the good days, it was really a special deal to sit outside and look at the serene view. The bed was very comfortable and big enough to accommodate 3 people. There were 2 full bathrooms in the apartment although the locations were a bit awkward. The kitchen was small (in my opinion) since I prepared a lot of meals at the apartment but all the appliances were in good working conditions. I would recommend this property for anyone who is looking to get away and require peace and quiet. I would stay here again if it is available on my next visit to BDA.

Disappointing was the ease of utilising the laundry services (washer & dryer). The laundry door is kept closed and you need to advise the host what time you need to used the machine and they would leave the door unlocked. I would have preferred a key being kept in a central location or a key being extended to the guest (me) on arrival for easier accessibility.

I am a local resident who was looking for a quiet and private place to relax and regroup from a long, very hectic year at work. The Neston and Wayne did not disappoint! Neston is well equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay feel as though you are home away from home! The grounds are immaculately kept and well lit at night giving a sense of security without being invasive while trying to sleep. I only occupied on of the two bedrooms that I booked. I had the absolute best 3 nights sleep on a beautiful King Size bed dressed with soft fresh linen. The Kitchen and Bathrooms were well equipped and fresh as well. I'm not really a television person but if you are, there is several sources for you to choose from for your entertainment. Wayne contacted me occasionally via messages to ask if there was anything I may be in need of and thanked me for choosing the Neston for my "Staycation" He was an awesome host, readily available should I have needed him. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the Neston. Wayne was very accommodating and ensured that I was aware of all the amenities available to me. The home is also minutes away from a full service Petrol Station, Grocery Store, Beach and some amazing site seeing excursion which are very simple to arrange. I took advantage of these even as a local visitor of the Neston. The Neston was extremely easy to locate. Wayne gave me ample notice on how to do this, simple and smooth process. The Neston is definitely value for money and I am already looking to return during Easter or Summer periods.

The down side to my stay, which was strictly controlled by the COLD and RAINY weather. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize the pool, kayaks or enjoy a meal outside over looking an amazing sea view. Never the less, it was a beautiful stay all the same!

The only low point was the kitchen. In an elegant apartment costing $300/night, one would expect a more generous offering of basics such as paper towels, oil, vinegar, tea and a greater variety of serving bowls and platters and--most important-- (matching) plateware and mugs that were not chipped!
