Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness1.0

Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems (one room was not clean, mentions of strong disinfectant odor, sewage smell and declining hygienic conditions).

• Service1.0

Mixed but several reviews praise reception staff as attentive and helpful; however other reports mention indifferent or poor reception service and lack of 24h reception.

• Location1.0

Consistently mentioned as a positive: good/central position, close to station and convenient for city centre.

• Room Quality1.0

Frequent room complaints: very small rooms, door not closing, small bathrooms, maintenance needed (peeling paint, curtains), and bedding issues reported.

• Amenities1.0

Significant problems repeatedly reported: no hot water for multiple stays, heating failures, no breakfast offered; major amenity failures impacted stays.

• Value for Money1.0

Some guests noted good value/price and cost-benefit, though others felt the failures (water, hygiene) made the stay not worth it.

• Food and Beverage1.0

Breakfast frequently not offered or missing; no positive mentions of food services.

• Overall Experience1.0

Mixed overall: strong positives for location and some staff interactions, but major negative incidents (no hot water, maintenance and hygiene issues, occasional poor reception) left several guests with a poor experience.

Sehr gerne wieder.

The distance to and from the train station plus other landmarks is great

I was placed in the room next to the sketchy elevator so I heard that all night. the wall paper was peeling and there was a mysterious splatter of something on the headboard. The bed was also not great

Simplesmente alguém abriu a porta do nosso quarto (que estava trancada) enquanto nós estávamos dormindo!!!! ME SENTI TOTALMENTE INSEGURA DEPOIS DISSO. A recepcionista não soube explicar o que pode ter acontecido. Depois disso coloquei a plaquinha na porta para não incomodarem, mas mesmo assim a camareira entrou no quarto.
