Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness1.0

Generally reported as very clean by several guests ("Чистота на высшем уровне"), though some maintenance needed in kitchen areas (sink and countertop require refreshing).

• Service1.0

Positive staff interactions noted (helpful, provided a larger room free of charge; easy check-in), overall service described as caring and efficient.

• Location1.0

Consistently praised: central, near the main station, restaurants and shops within walking distance; repeatedly described as a major strength.

• Room Quality1.0

Mixed to negative: comfortable capsules for some, but significant issues reported — poor ventilation, privacy problems (a window without a curtain), broken showers during stay, and frequent night noise affecting sleep.

• Amenities1.0

Basic amenities available and appreciated (fridge, microwave, kettle, towels, tea), but kitchen is limited and could be larger; some equipment/areas need refresh.

• Value for Money1.0

Multiple guests explicitly commented that quality exceeded price and the stay was good value for money for the price paid.

• Food and Beverage1.0

Very limited F&B offerings: small welcome tea noted positively, but guests miss a proper stove for cooking (microwave present but no full cooking facilities).

• Overall Experience1.0

Mixed overall: strong positives (location, value, helpful staff, cleanliness reports) are weighed down by recurring negatives — nighttime noise, ventilation and privacy issues, and some broken facilities — leading to a poor overall experience for several guests.

Brak telewizora, duża bliskość innych pokoi, mały rozmiar pokoju, konieczność ciągłego trzymania przycisku od prysznica by leciała woda
