Communal kitchen area for cooking meals if desired. Close to nearly everything and the beach is 5 mins away. Room has a safe for valuables. I have stayed here multiple times and will be back again. It's perfect for travellers who want a no frills, basic room to use as a base for their time in Nice.

Shower is very small, the hotel can feel a bit empty due to the lack of visible staff and services - pretty much everything is automated.
