The location of this property was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring and getting around. Vanessa at reception was particularly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and she deserves a special mention.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards were well below our expectations. We stayed for six nights, but our room was cleaned only once during the entire stay. There was noticeable dust and debris on the floor, particularly after our trip to Mount Etna, and we eventually had to keep our shoes on inside the room. Also there was no blanket provided. Which was a bit surprising.
