In general, poorly maintained structure with several maintenance tasks not carried out for a long time. Structure sold for 6 people: there are 3 rooms but one has no window. The bathroom on the ground floor had a broken shower head and sink tap. The linen closet had broken doors. The kitchen table is for 3 people and there are no other chairs in the structure. The freezer in the fridge was unusable. Some tiles in the living area are loose, and the sofa and armchairs are quite old. The terrace had no porch or awning, so it was not usable. The drying rack did not have clothespins.

Very clean and well-maintained apartment, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The terrace with the view is a great bonus. It’s an excellent place for a family of up to six people to stay.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide at least one sharp kitchen knife and cushions for the terrace chairs.
