the week I stayed the hotel was undergoing maintenance, but it was fine.. all the staff were wonderful and the hotel is 10/10 !

The accommodation was beautiful, the room was delightful and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the selection at breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

The communication that there was maintenance work for the pool area and some of the property surrounding. Some how I wasn’t given the opportunity to reconsider my stay at this property while there was works. I did miss out the full experience I could have had for same price.

Even though the mini bar was free I was disappointed with the amount of items that were in the fridge. I have been to other hotels that have more.
Our second stay this year and what a phenomenal hotel. Exceptional breakfast, amazing room upgrade. Absolutely stunning, it looks like a page from a brochure. Staff were so helpful and immediately arranged a new room for us when we flagged an issue, a complimentary upgrade.

The only issue was that the pool was out of bounds due to the upgrade going on. However, we were able to use the spa and pool at their sister hotel via a free taxi they provided for us. Our stay would be rated 12/10 if it wasn’t for the pool.
