Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness7.0

Many guests report generally clean public areas, but there are notable negative incidents (cockroaches found in bed, a guest reported the in-room fridge not being cold) that reduce the cleanliness score.

• Service10.0

Repeated praise for staff across reviews: described as exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive (multiple guests named staff and praised front desk, pool and dining employees). Service is a standout strength.

• Location9.5

Frequently highlighted as excellent — prime Palm Jumeirah location, sea views and convenient position for exploring; multiple guests praised the setting and view.

• Room Quality8.7

Rooms often described as spacious, well presented and with great views; however a few comments noted limited room space or issues (fridge not cold) so quality is strong but not perfect.

• Amenities8.1

Pool, sunbeds and general property amenities receive positive mentions, but the spa is repeatedly noted as needing development and more privacy; Wi‑Fi access is fee-based and sometimes insufficient.

• Value for Money7.7

Mixed signals: some guests called the stay affordable, but others complained about extra charges (e.g., drinks/water charged during dinner) and perceived poor value for parts of the offering, lowering this score.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Breakfast and buffets are frequently praised as high quality and varied. A minority of guests criticized dinner offerings or exclusions (drinks), but overall F&B is strong.

• Overall Experience9.6

Overall sentiment is highly positive: many guests called the stay memorable, recommended the property, and said they would return — strong overall guest satisfaction.
