Little but outdated Would have liked pool towels to make easier Bowls for cereal would be good idea for families staying long periods of time.
Great value for money and an unbeatable location! We found our room to be very spacious and clean, and overall, it was great value for money. If you’re visiting the theme parks, the location is hard to beat! Movie World is only about a five-minute drive away, and Dreamworld is less than a minute down the road, making it a super convenient place to stay.

The check-in process was a little unusual, as it’s contactless and requires you to send a photo of your ID and bank card to a mobile number. I was reassured that the process was safe, but I would recommend the hotel consider introducing a secure online portal to make guests feel more comfortable sharing their personal information.
The accommodation’s check-in and bond requirements were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking and only became apparent after making the reservation and on check-in. These requirements were unreasonable, impractical for a business traveller, and raised serious security and privacy concerns. This process is not a standard or commercially reasonable method of handling security bonds, particularly for a business stay. Requiring copies or photographs of sensitive identification and payment information creates an unacceptable privacy and security risk. It is also not a process that can be readily authorised or facilitated within normal business payment controls. I was further advised by reception that a refund would be provided if Booking.com approved it. I then raised the issue with Booking.com, and Booking.com agreed to the refund. Despite this, the property subsequently declined to honour that position and refused the refund.
