The property is gorgeous and full of history and charm. The staff from bell service, valet, guest service, the bar tenders, and our servers in Florence by the water and the Fig Cafe were all excellent. Warm hospitality really makes you feel welcomed.

The bed in our room is in need of of replacing and the furniture could be a little refreshed. The bathroom was gorgeous.

the pool was shut for the day and told to go around the corner to another hotel which was probably a mile away from the hotel. we just left and stayed somewhere else i couldn't even be bothered communicating to the staff why this was unacceptable. i travel to the US twice per year spending long stints in LA i will not be staying here.

Cheguei ao Hotel às 17:00 hs de 16/10/2026 e o meu quarto ainda não estava disponível e não pude fazer meu check-in, Havia um ventilador de teto que permaneceu ligado ininterruptamente durante toda a minha estadia, apesar de haver comunicado o fato e solicitado reparo por 3 vezes, sem sucesso. A iluminação da sala de estar era muito deficiente, praticamente impossibilitando localizar qualquer objeto.
