The bar on the ground floor has a wonderful vibe, plays very relaxing low volume music along with very attentive staff. Our room on the 5th floor was spacious, modern with a great view of the Thames & Blackfriars bridge.

The breakfast was way over priced, £25 for a buffet breakfast of limited choice.

Bedroom views on interior are horrendous. Restaurants / breakfasts were overpriced and average quality. I was mis-sold the room through booking.com - specifically on family room size. “One large double bed and two double beds” is pretty clear that one of the beds would be larger. We had three identical small/standard doubles. I would not have booked here had I known this. The hotel staff were initially very defensive and only backed down when the came up to the room to see the beds. I was told to raise this with booking.com
