The beautiful Heritage Madhuban Hotel is situated in a residential area away from the busy city but still very easy to reach all the sights. The garden and the plants are very well maintained. I liked my spacious room and thanks to the fly screens I could sleep with open windows. Also the refrigerator was highly appreciated. Thank you Mr. Bathisahib for your kindness and all informations I needed. And to all the staff for their friendliness and keeping the hotel spotless. Not to forget the cook, food was just delicious.

When we arrived the rooms were no where near most of the group's expectations so we booked somewhere else and the hotel refused to offer any kind of refund even though it was pretty much empty so they hadn't lost business. There was a very stale smell, very bad dust on the beds, nothing felt clean. Electrics looked dangerous in the bathroom. Rooms were on the second floor up very narrow steep stairs.

Everything. Stains on sheets, dust came off the beds when they were patted. Steep stairs, very dangerous looking electrics, especially in the bathroom.
The rooms were small but cosy. And it was good value for money. The property is pretty and even has a swimming pool. The host is warm and the place has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
