A bit far from the center, room is a bit small

The hotel is on the 2nd floor, access requires stairs (there is an elevator from the reception to the rooms upstairs). However, staff can assist with luggage (not sure if it's a free service, I tipped a bit) so not a big issue. Staff is friendly. No deposit required for check-in. Complimentary welcome drinks on the 2nd floor. Saw staff cleaning the air conditioning on the 2nd floor, overall cleanliness seems to be a priority. Room space is sufficient

Stayed in a room with an interior window. There were some small stains on the bedsheet

The room is described accurately. Excellent location! A great hotel for a traveling family. Everything is within walking distance when returning from trips. The staff is lovely. There is a drink station at the entrance. They help with luggage, provide hot water, good water pressure in the shower, and most importantly, it's clean. The place is well-maintained. We stayed one night before flying to Kosamui and regretted not staying there earlier when we were in Chiang Mai. There is no breakfast, but the food outside is so cheap that it's better. Plenty of cafes with various Western/Thai food styles within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that there is no parking on-site. Instead, there is a partner hotel right across the street where you have to park your car.
