Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness9.2
Consistently praised as very clean across multiple reviews ('Pulizia top', 'very clean', 'brandschoon'); minor isolated issue reported with a bad drain odor in one bathroom.
- Service9.0
Staff frequently described as friendly, welcoming and helpful (free access to AfroBar, attentive manager); one mention of no night reception which slightly lowers consistency.
- Location9.6
Exceptional central location repeatedly highlighted (steps from Duomo, easy walking access to sights); many reviews emphasize the prime position.
- Room Quality9.0
Rooms described as spacious, well-decorated with jacuzzis and great views; some reports of very large spaces and a cozy balcony, though a few rooms lacked a TV or had a broken coffee machine.
- Amenities7.2
Good amenities noted (in-room jacuzzi, internal/secure parking, lift) but notable negative reports: power cuts causing lack of water, occasional broken machines and paid parking reduce the score.
- Value for Money8.4
Generally seen as good value ('bom custo beneficio', many satisfied guests), though extra charges for parking/breakfast and occasional issues temper the perception.
- Food and Beverage7.0
Very little on-site F&B; breakfast is not included and is provided via a partnered pasticceria offsite—limited direct offerings mentioned.
- Overall Experience9.4
Overall very positive stays and strong recommendations to return; frequent praise for location, rooms and staff, with a few infrastructure/service drawbacks (power outages, occasional lack of night staff) preventing a perfect score.
