Douche datée. Joints moisis et douche qui se bouche , du coup débordement de la douche dans la salle de bain

Für ein Hotel insgesamt zu unsauber, technisch altbacken. TVs alt, WLAN Empfang fast nicht existent.

De ligging
Bij aankomst kregen wij een kamer waarvan de douche defect bleek te zijn. Toen ik dit meldde, kwam de manager erbij. Hij gaf aan dat er op dat moment niemand beschikbaar was om de douche te repareren. Vervolgens vroeg hij: ‘Maar u bent wel van plan om de douche te gebruiken?’ Een nogal vreemde vraag, aangezien je mag verwachten dat je tijdens een hotelverblijf gewoon kunt douchen. Toen ik bevestigend antwoordde, kregen we uiteindelijk toch een andere kamer aangeboden. Fijn dat het uiteindelijk werd opgelost, maar de manier waarop dit ging, vond ik weinig gastvrij en niet bepaald klantgericht. Een werkende douche lijkt mij toch een vanzelfsprekendheid.
