Nothing, maybe location

Nothing, maybe location

1. Room and facilities: • We were given a broken key. • The rooms were extremely cold, with no heating. • No duvet covers or proper bedding were provided, meaning we had to sleep with uncovered duvets. • The shower drain was blocked and the water did not drain properly. • The toilet flush was broken and the toilet was leaking. • The tap was detached from the sink. • The shower door did not close properly, resulting in water spreading across the bathroom floor. • The showerhead was broken. • The hairdryer was defective and potentially dangerous. When we plugged it in and switched it on, it became red-hot, started smoking and suddenly shut off. This presented a serious potential fire and electrical safety hazard and put our personal safety at risk. 2. Hygiene and cleanliness: • The refrigerator was extremely dirty and covered in mould. • The tables in the breakfast area were in a disgusting and unhygienic condition. • The overall condition of the hostel was extremely poor, including broken glass entrance doors. 3. Service and additional issues: • The staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. • The breakfast included in our booking consisted only of a croissant with Nutella, with no alternative options or consideration for food allergies or dietary requirements. • There was excessive noise during the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Было холодно. Грязновато. Не было горячей воды. Больше бы не хотела тут останавливаться. Персонал не дружелюбный

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation!

It was somewhere to stay for the night. The breakfast was included.

It was somewhere to stay for the night. The breakfast was included.

Got confused and followed the wrong address (there are two hostels under the same name). Got checked into our room and went out to dinner to then come back and be told we had no reservation and had to leave. My friend and I were only staying one night, so we tried to explain that the room wouldn’t be used that night anyway. After a bit of back and forth (and paying the difference) we were allowed to stay.
