Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness9.9
Multiple reviews explicitly note the apartment is very clean and well maintained; guests repeatedly praised cleanliness and tidy interiors.
- Service10.0
Hosts repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and helpful (help with luggage, taxi arrangements, personalised touches), justifying a top score.
- Location9.2
Excellent location and superb views of Dubrovnik and sunset; very close to the old town on foot but the return involves a steep climb/many stairs which lowers the score slightly.
- Room Quality8.2
Rooms are clean, well-equipped and comfortable in layout, but multiple guests mentioned uncomfortable beds (too soft or too hard) and small bathrooms, reducing this rating.
- Amenities9.6
Pool, kitchenette, parking spot, air conditioning and pool/deck area are repeatedly praised and add strong value to the stay.
- Value for Money7.5
Several guests commented the price felt somewhat high for the location and size; overall quality is good but perceived value is below other categories.
- Food and Beverage9.2
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned in reviews).
- Overall Experience10.0
Many glowing, enthusiastic reviews ('magnifique', 'best place to stay') praising host, view, pool and overall stay — overall experience is excellent.
