Key cards were not working and customers were not notified. I was stuck in the stairwell from the 5th floor and could not exit onto any floor. I also had to make separate trips to get this corrected.
It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Having to ask for more towels
PRO: great location close to subway stop, room was spacious and mostly quiet with kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, silverware, plates, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing scrubber. Typical free hotel breakfast though I liked how the cereal and yogurt came in individual packages (and they didn't skimp on brand selection). We liked the walk in shower and in room breakfast seating. Allows dogs. CON: I'm particularly sensitive to noise from rooms around me and on 1 of 4 mornings, I could hear stomping from room above me, so I don't know if that was due to poor sound insulation or that one instance the person above was doing something out of the ordinary. I did not hear sound from my neighbors though. If not for this, would have given 5 of 5 rating. For next time, I would try to get top floor room and would then be secure in knowing I would get noiseless sleep. There was occasional traffic noise, but so sporadic, it did not bother me. Being picky, the family did not like the breakfast sandwiches as they came in prepackaged bags that were probably microwaved. Only one of 2 elevators was working, but fortunately, never had to wait in line to get on elevator. Overall, would definitely consider coming back to hotel next time I'm in Seattle, but would try to get top floor to minimize chance of noise bothering my sleep.
