The hotel was in a good location. Well air conditioned which was a great relief from the humidity. Very clean and well presented. The staff were fantastic, particularly the Manager Kent who has been really helpful since booking, during the stay and helped with a different issue after the stay. Kent made our stay special. Good selection of food for breakfast and the staff reassured me what was safe for me to eat due to my peanut allergy. Any issues we had the staff responded swiftly to resolve, for example the air conditioning in our room was playing up and after reporting the issue a member of staff came to our room immediately to resolve. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The outdoor shower was a great feature. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

The staff were FANTASTIC in all parts of the hotel, from the entrance doors all the way up to level 10. Breakfast had good variety Afternoon Tea was a nice touch

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner were delicious. The pool was also great as were the drinks upstairs. The staff at reception were very warm and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were also very warm and helpful.
