Many mentions of friendly, helpful staff and good reception service; a few notes about quiet night staff but overall service is highly rated.

• Location6.5

Convenient, central location near Zócalo and tourist points but repeatedly described as unsafe or sketchy at night; guests often used Uber/taxi after dark.

• Room Quality7.0

Rooms described as small/tiny, thin walls (noise from other guests), limited ventilation and no AC (only a fan); generally adequate for short stays.

• Amenities9.5
