L’ambiente è accogliente e il vero punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti molto gentili, disponibili, alla mano e sempre pronti sia ad aiutare sia a fare due chiacchiere. L’ostello è inoltre ben posizionato e molto economico.

La camerata non è il massimo dal punto di vista della comodità, soprattutto in inverno perché può essere piuttosto fredda. Anche la pulizia e l’igiene generale potrebbero essere curate un po’ di più, così come l’odore degli ambienti, che a volte non era dei migliori.
