The room was very spacious and had literally everything we needed. The Nespresso machine and the Molton Brown toiletries were a nice gesture. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. The location was very convenient.

The location was very good. easy walking distance to the main square, old town and cathedral. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of options. Our room was quite small, and we were disappointed to not have a balcony, that would have been nice to sit out on and relax in the evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Lina at reception.

We would have liked to have a balcony in our room. The rooms are small. The rooftop area is quite small, as is the pool, although this is to be expected in a city centre hotel.
Spa was very good, the view of the rooftop was amazing. In addition, the staffs are very kind and helpful. Definitely I would love to stay again.

La zona de Spa ya q no es un spa no tiene chorros verdaderamente es una piscina pequeña cubierta por cierto, con el agua fría y una sauna Y q no suba a la infinito del solárium el ascensor lo veo un fallo muy grande para las personas con movilidad reducida
