Veronica and Jenny from reception are super helpful and friendly! They helped us navigate throughout Vietnam and completely did the planning for us in how to get transport to Phong Nha. Without them we would be lost.

The breakfast and the food we ordered in was excellent! The people were fantastic! Specially Emily and Jenny were super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast staff upstairs, specially Thao, was super kind and nice and very informative. The beds were comfortable.

The AC was not strong enough and glitched, I think, because we couldn’t reduce it to 16. but they were kind enough to give us a fan.
