Day desk staff was rude. Officer supposed to open at 8am and was locked/no one in sight at 10am

Broken bathroom cabinet, towel for one person, the floor was a little greasy, cracked glass window and one latch lock not 2, tv remote did not have batteries cover, rooms were not fresh smell, but a damaged odor, hall carpet had a lot of different bleach spot.

Expensive for a budget hotel but I guess that’s location . Breakfast sucked, no ice machine
We didn’t finish our stay because it felt unsafe. The window didn’t lock and strange activities were happening in the parking lot. The lobby door should be locked at night but it’s unlocked allowing anyone to enter. The sheets have cigarette burns and the pillowcases have various stains.
